Important notice on refunds;
As uplifts were put on both days instead of race
To all entered riders of RD3
Saturday uplift if you had not contact us by 5pm 27/09/13 or did not turn up there is no refund
Sunday uplift same as above.
Sunday uplift same as above.
As transport was put on to do uplifts
Booked on for race on Sunday
If you have not contacted us by following Friday by 5pm 04/10/13
there will be no refunds

It is all entered riders responsible to check and make sure;
1/ That a race is on and not cancelled or changed in any way before travelling
2/ They have contacted us regarding, refunds, booking uplifts
3/ They contact us by using more than 1 method.(as emails only are not always received)
We will do our best to Inform you if a race has been cancelled/changed,
we will not except liability if we can not contact you
